Entry system for WMA Indoor in Jyväskylä

To all FederationsWe have created new features in your online subscription control panel:
- The “Excel export” item in the menu, allows to download athlete’s data in two different formats, as an Excel like file.
- The “Set paid/unpaid” link, at the end of each row of the subscription's list, allows you to change “paid” flag.
Here any important guidelines for athlete's registrations and payments:
If you insert new athletes using the “Federation account” the system automatically set him as “paid” assuming that he has paid using a bank transfer. Otherwise you can use the “Set paid/unpaid” link to modify this status.
If someone has problem with credit card methods, he has two options, he could contact Mikko by email and try to solve the problem, or pay directly to his Federation that will set him as “paid” as described above.
Info for Athletes:
If you meet problem with your credit card payment, please follow these directions:
- Contact your card issuer to make sure everything is all right with your card settings.
- The system might ask you to verify your payment with your online bank codes or a specific password from your card issuer. If you don't have these codes or password, please contact the card issuer.
- If you have cancelled the payment accidentally or the payment is denied, don't try making it again immediately. Please wait for a while (about one hour) and try again after that. The card processor may deny the payment for safety reasons if it is tried again right away.
