Cesar Moreno Bravo Recovering After Major Operation

News has been received that Prof. Cesar Moreno Bravo, the IAAF Representative on the WMA Council, is recovering after undergoing an open heart surgery procedure late last week. Cesar Moreno Bravo had delayed having this operation so that he could attend the WMA Masters Championships, Indoors, at Jyvaskyla, Finland in the first week of April and also chair the meeting of the IAAF Masters Committee Meeting held on 8 April, 2012.

Moreno Bravo is a proud supporter of World Masters Athletics and all his friends and acquaintances extend to him their best wishes for a speedy and full recovery from his operation. We assure both Cesar and his family that our thoughts are with them and we await impatiently his return to our ranks when he returns to full health. (24.04.2012)
