1. Following a notice from the IAAF in July, it has been noted that all WMA Affiliates should have at last 2 registered persons within the affiliation details, and this has not been the case. To remedy this lapse I would ask that you complete the enclosed renewal form, and return it to me no later than the 5th November, by mail, fax or e-mail

2. All sections of the affiliation form shall be duly completed with the full required information before acceptance of the affiliation renewal. No affiliation will be accepted without two (2) named persons

3. Any change shall be notified to the WMA Secretary and Regional Secretaries within a reasonable period. (60 days) following the changes.
